This is your feel good, come home to yourself movement class.
Join us on a comfy yoga mat in our supportive and non-judgemental Women’s Circle. The lights are nicely dimmed so you can focus fully on your experience.
Wear comfortable exercise or yoga clothes, bring a water bottle and you’re good to go.
Tune in, tone up, turn on
This class is designed specifically for the female anatomy to increase mobility and tone the body while practicing self-love and allowing for freedom of expression. Enticing music will get you in the mood and keep the class flowing.
After 90 minutes you will feel refreshed and recharged, ready for the rest of your day or a good night’s sleep.
For any Body
You do not need to be in “good” shape or have any previous experience. This class is for any woman, regardless of age or fitness level. It will benefit your body and soul, whatever state you are currently in.
